Browsers
Although you may have recieved this site on a CD, it has been
intentionally designed to look, feel and work in the same way as a web
site. Thus, the site is best viewed on your default browser (will auto
load). We strongly suggest that you go online while navigating the
site, there are lots of links and tools that require an online
connection. However, if you are not online, don't worry, we have
developed the site so that the essential information can be accessed
without being online. We also suggest that you make your viewing window
as large as possible by removing the tool bars at the top of the
browser, you will not need any of the navigation tools as we have
everything that you need to navigate within the site. Please do not use
the
print function in your browser as this will print everything with the
frames
as well, although we agree that the frames are very attractive we
suggest
that you make use of the "Print this page" tool at the bottom of
each
page. Try it, click on the print this page phrase at the bottom of this
page
and you will find that it only prints the content without the frames,
neat
eh?
As mentioned on our home page this framed site makes extensive use of
Java so please make sure your browser is 6.0 or higher and Java
enabled,
use the links below for the latest versions. Once you have finished
downloading and start to install the new browser please ensure that you
activate the java options and all the plug-ins that are available (the
free ones anyway), frames support should be activated automatically but
just in case you are prompted, please allow for frames.

Known bugs
- With some systems where two different browsers are installed, our
site will load in both browsers in different windows.
- please just close one of the browsers
- The search engine will not work.
- If this happens just close the whole browser, re-open the
browser and then using open file, explore the disk and open the file
index.html in the website folder. For some reason the auto-run
component disables
the search engine, no idea why!
- The slide show doesn't work!
- Are you sure that you gave it enough time? it's real slow
loading. Try giving it a little more time, if it still doesn't work try
the same solution in the problem above, if it still doesn't work;
forget it! it's just a fun gimmick anyway.
- Can't get the CD to work
- This is probably because your computer is too old and the
cd drive is unable to read CDR's, buy a new cd drive at least.
Wait a minuit!, how come you can read
this???
- How can I print without the frames printing out as well?
- Make use of the Print this page phrase at the bottom
of each page, it will only print out the content, not the frames.
